My long-time friend, Melissa Mashburn joins me on today's podcast to talk about all things "women in ministry." Personally I wish it wasn't a topic that we still had to talk about, but we do.

Melissa wrote a book, "Ministry Chick: Find Your Community, Own Your Leadership, Take Your Step" that basically helps women who feel called into ministry  how to do just what that title says: find your community, own your leadership and take your step.
